Yael Wax
Office Manager
Since joining YDL in 2018, Yael is our customer service and office manager. Yael leads YDL’s back-office operations, including customer service, human resources and global shipping.
Prior to Yael’s work at YDL, she worked in HR for large organisations such as Rafael Defence Systems and Manpower. Yael holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Jezreel Valley college.
Michal Lutati
Digital Marketing and Admin
Michal joined YDL in 2019 and is leading our digital marketing operations, as well as internal administration.
Ariel Blumovich
CEO, Head of Business Practice
Ariel Blumovich is a medical business development executive with global work experience in three different continents. Ariel is the Founder & CEO of YDL Ventures.
Ariel lived in Korea for 4 years and worked for Samsung Group on a variety of global business development and strategy roles. During his tenure in Korea, Ariel was a Manager in the team that established Samsung's biopharma business. Along his career Ariel dealt with multi-million dollar deals in the healthcare and hi-technology business lines, including multinational joint-ventures, licensing, sales agreements, and strategic alliances.
Prior to Ariel’s work at Samsung, he worked in Sanofi-Aventis (US) leading a strategic marketing project, Teva Pharmaceuticals (Israel) as Head of Manufacturing Department, and IEC (Israel).
Ariel holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology.
Roee Vidavski
Healthcare Business Development Manager
Roee Vidavski is our Business Development Manager with vast experience in multiple areas of commercial biopharma.
Since joining YDL in 2017, Roee led multiple healthcare projects and tasks including licensing deals, business intelligence, market access to new territories and commercial operations.
Prior to YDL, Roee had worked as a field application specialist and sales expert for next generation sequencing (NGS) and genomics in the Israeli market.
Following his PhD, Roee worked as a postdoctoral researcher for 3 years at Tel-Aviv university. Along his academic years, he gained experience in multiple research fields such as molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry and synthetic biology.
Roee holds a PhD in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
